OPTION 1: Cash In via CIMB App
Transfer Mode: Dragonpay (processing time within 30-60 mins)
1. Go to the CIMB App and login.
2. Click on Cash In - Over-The-Counter - Over-The-Counter Banks - Unionbank Cash Payment.
3. Select the CIMB Destination Account, enter the amount, then Continue.
4. You will be given the payment instructions for a Dragonpay Payment. Note that the instructions will tell you to go to a Unionbank branch but you can actually perform the Bills Payment from the Unionbank app.
5. Go to the Unionbank App and login.
6. Click on Pay Bills - Select Biller - Billers List. Search for DRAGONPAY CORPORATION.
7. Enter the Bank Ref Number from the Dragonpay instructions in Step 4.
8. Follow the subsequent in-app instructions to complete the Bills Payment in the Unionbank app.
OPTION 2: Send Money via Unionbank App
Transfer Mode: PesoNet
1. Go to the Unionbank App and login.
2. Click on Send Money - Other Banks & E-wallets - PesoNet - CIMB.
3. Follow the subsequent in-app instructions.
If Dragonpay cash in is not available and you do not prefer PESONet, the following indirect transfers provide close-to-instant options:
OPTION 3: Indirect Transfer Via Maya
1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to Maya (Linked Bank Account).
2. Transfer funds from Maya to CIMB (DragonPay Bills Payment).
OPTION 4: Indirect Transfer Via GCash
1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to GCash (Linked Bank Account).
2. Transfer funds from GCash to CIMB (GSave Integration, or DragonPay Bills Payment).
OPTION 5: Indirect Transfer Via Bayad
1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to Bayad (Linked Bank Account).
2. Transfer funds from Bayad to CIMB (InstaPay).
OPTION 6: Indirect Transfer Via UNObank
1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to UNObank (Linked Bank Account).
2. Transfer funds from UNObank to CIMB (InstaPay).
