UNIONBANK to ING: Transfer Funds for FREE

Need to transfer funds from a Unionbank account to an ING account? Do it for FREE!

As of Sept 1, 2022, incoming fund transfers to ING have been disabled in line with their PH retail exit.

OPTION 1: Send Money via Unionbank App

Transfer Mode: PESONet

1. Go to the Unionbank App and login.

2. Click on Send Money - Other Banks & E-wallets - PESONet - ING.

3. Follow the subsequent in-app instructions.

If you do not prefer PESONet, the following indirect transfer provide an InstaPay option:

OPTION 2: Indirect Transfer Via ShopeePay

1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to ShopeePay (Linked Bank Account).

2. Transfer funds from ShopeePay to ING (InstaPay).

OPTION 3: Indirect Transfer Via CIMB

1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to CIMB (Dragonpay Bills Payment).

2. Transfer funds from CIMB to ING (InstaPay).

As of August 10, 2022, Grab is now charging service fees for transfers to other banks/wallets. Below indirect transfer is not FREE anymore:

Indirect Transfer Via GrabPay

1. Transfer funds from Unionbank to GrabPay (Linked Bank Account).

2. Transfer funds from GrabPay to ING (InstaPay).
